Before starting diet plan routine , we have to follow these step too
1 don’t eat outside food like , burger , pizza ,samosa , sweet , rice ,momo , sandwich ,etc and package item.
2 drink light warm water every time .

12:00 PM {not soya paneer } Milk Paneer (100 grams)
2:00 PM Mixed Vegetable Salad (1 katori)
2:10 PM Dal (1 katori ) Sabzi (1 katori )
Roti (2 roti/chapati) ( eat only green vegitable )
4:00 PM Cut Fruits (1 cup) Buttermilk (1 glass)
5:30 PM Tea with Less Sugar and Milk (1 teacup)
8:50 PM Mixed Vegetable Salad (1 katori )
9:00 PM Dal (1 katori ) Sabzi (1 katori)
Roti { roti/chapati)
Take some Precaution like
1 (if you like to eat rice then, when you cooked rice take this step wash three time rice with luke warm water by doing this sugar in rice have almost end )
2 ( don’t use soya paneer or milk because in soya beam contain female hormones estrogen ) this is good for women but not for men . IN men its produce side effects like by using of soya product its create men breast )
3 use rock salt
4 don’t use sugar ( if you like to eat sugar then replace sugar with jagger )5 use multi grans bread in multi gran you can use ( rae , bajra ,chana , corn floor , and light wheat floor )
5 use low oil and spice ( and dont use any refine oil its very dangerous for our health )
