This hair loss problem can be solved by proper diet and some simple home remedies.
Here are some home remedies to treat hair loss and promote hair regrowth

  1. Onion juice
    Onions contain a lot of sulfur, which can promote the production of collagen in tissues and help hair regeneration.
    Grate some onions and remove the juice from them. Put the onion juice in a bowl and add some lemon juice. Now, use a cotton pad to apply this mixture to the roots of the hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash your hair with a neutral shampoo. Use it twice a week for better and effective results.
  2. Coconut milk
    Coconut milk is rich in iron, potassium and essential fats, which can help hair growth.
    Extract coconut milk from fresh coconuts and add some lemon juice. Apply the mixture from roots to tips. Lease for 2 hours, then wash with neutral shampoo.
  3. Egg mask
    Since eggs are the best source of protein, they can help hair regrow.
    Take an egg or two according to the length of your hair. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add some curds. Now, apply this mask on the hair and leave it for 1 hour. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use this mask twice a week for better results.
  4. Fenugreek
    Fenugreek seeds contain protein and niacin, which can promote hair growth.
    Take some fenugreek seeds and add a little paste with water. Now, add this paste to coconut milk/oil and apply it on the scalp. Leave it for 1 hour, then wash it off with a neutral shampoo. Use twice a week for best results.
  5. Indian gooseberry (amla)
    Amla is rich in vitamin C, which helps hair growth.
    Take some amla juice/powder and mix it with lemon juice. Apply it to the scalp and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo. Use twice a week for effective results.
  6. Honey
    Honey is an important source of antioxidants and helps eliminate free radicals that are harmful to the scalp.
    Take a tablespoon of honey, mix it with regular shampoo, and add some lemon juice. Apply it to the hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash with warm water and some shampoo. Use twice a week for best results.
